Returns & the 30-day happy-trail guarantee

The guarantee

If the blend wasn’t for you, write to hello@offgridshrooms.co within 30 days of delivery. You choose the outcome: a refund, a swap for another format, or store credit. We only ask what didn’t work so we can get better.

No return shipping for opened pouches

Keep the pouch. We don’t ask you to ship opened products back.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it.

Changing or cancelling an order

Reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. Once an order has been scanned onto a truck we can no longer stop it, but the guarantee above still applies.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
